Learning and behavior concerns should never be ignored. Assessments are the first critical step to getting every child the support he or she deserves.
how it works
Your Platinum Teletherapy school psychologist meets with your school team to discuss the appropriate assessments for a given student.
The Platinum Teletherapy school psychologist administers standardized assessments via our HIPAA & FERPA approved online platform. A proctor from your school’s team is present as the student completes the assessment online in a quiet, confidential setting within your school. The school psychologist is able to observe the child’s responses as s/he completes the assessment(s), and obtains a copy of the student responses once the assessment is complete.
Your Platinum Teletherapy clinician may gather additional clinical data by conducting remote student observations, collecting work samples, reviewing records, conducting parent, teacher, and student interviews, reviewing medical history, and using norm-referenced standardized rating scales.
Using our online platform, your team and the child’s parents attend a Results and Eligibility Meeting with your Platinum school psychologist. During the meeting, you will review assessment scores and learn about the student’s eligibility for services.
Your clinicians should be as focused and goal-oriented as you are.
